A stunning female tusker who lived in the Tsavo ecosystem. She died of old age in 2017, at the end of a big drought. She was probably in her late fifties when she died. I came across her only once in 2008, the first female tusker I ever saw in my life. When I started spending a lot of time in Tsavo, she had already passed away.
