Serengeti, 2014
One of my most memorable mornings in the southern Serengeti plains. After a full day of continuous heavy rain, the rain slowed down the next morning and I drove down towards the kopjes. I was greeted by a coalition of three male Lions who were establishing their hold on that territory. One of them stopped on the way down from one of the giant rocky outcrops as the sun rays through the clouds lit him up from behind.
