One late afternoon during the rainy season in 2021, the legendary tusker Craig emerges from the tight bushes as a storm clears from Mt Kilimanjaro behind him. An ephemeral moment, when the mountain was still half-hidden and surrounded by clouds, with Craig at the right spot with his massive tusks fully visible. A moment included in my Walk the Eart book.
